It's sort of California gastropub cuisine. I've been here several times over the years during my visits to San Diego. Not your standard brewery faire here. These beers are appropriate to drink now, and will also hold up in your cellar for years. We also had Mac n Cheese with Broccoli and Ribs which were both great too. We know precisely all the places where each offering fits within our network of accounts. They built their business on being environmental conscience; even the restaurant and the ingredients that go into their beer, come from local and organic farms.

There are no signs of Stone slowing down in 2018. The side of potatoes was well cooked with a touch of the aioli sauce on side.
